Who is responsible

This website is operated by Zavi Estudio. Questions or requests: support@zaviestudio.com.

What we collect and why

• Email. If you write to us, we receive the message you send from your own email account and use it only to answer you.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request so it can deliver them and protect the site.
• Abuse protection. If an IP address sends an unusually high number of requests (200 or more in one minute), it is first shown a security check, and its address stays on that check list until newer ones replace it. If it sends 300 or more in one minute, or 200 or more while on the check list, it is added to a blocklist that protects this site and our live previews. Blocklisted addresses are kept with no set deletion date; write to us if you believe your address was blocked by mistake.
• Visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
• Checkout. When you press Pay with PayPal, we record that you accepted the License and the Terms of Sale: the date, the text you accepted, the versions of both documents, your IP address, and the template, license and price you chose. We keep this record even if you don't finish paying.
• Purchases. When you buy a template, we keep the email address PayPal shares with us, the country and state PayPal reports for your account, the PayPal order and transaction IDs, the template and license you bought, the amount, the date, and how many times each file was downloaded. We use it to deliver your files, to answer support and refund requests, to prove which license you hold, and to know in which US states we must collect sales tax. If something fails after you approve the payment in PayPal (the charge doesn't finish, or your files can't be delivered), we keep a note with your email, the PayPal transaction ID if there is one, the amount and the error, so we can deliver your files, refund you, or confirm that nothing was charged.

This site has no accounts. The only form is the checkout box on each template page and on the bundle page. Fonts are served from our own domain.

Who receives information

Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the checkout service and counts visits. PayPal processes payments: you pay on PayPal's own pages, and we never see or store your card or bank details. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Sample websites

The sites in our catalog are samples with fictional companies. Their contact and quote forms do not send or store anything. Each one has its own privacy page.

How long we keep it

Hosting logs are kept by Cloudflare for its standard short period. Blocklisted IP addresses are kept with no set deletion date. Emails you send us are kept while we help you and deleted on request. Checkout records of purchases you didn't finish are deleted automatically after 30 days. If PayPal reports the charge as pending, or we can't confirm whether it went through, the checkout record is kept as a purchase record; if PayPal later declines that charge, it goes back to being deleted 30 days after checkout. Purchase records, their checkout record and their download records are deleted automatically 3 years after the purchase; we keep them that long to prove your license and for tax purposes. A note about a charge that didn't finish or a delivery that failed is deleted when your files are delivered. If they never are, or if that deletion fails, the note is deleted automatically 3 years after you approved the payment, so we can answer any question or dispute about that payment. If you ask us to delete any of these sooner, we delete them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California, you can ask to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it or to delete it. Write to support@zaviestudio.com and we will answer within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal; since we do not sell or share personal information, no further action is needed.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
