Zavi Estudio Template License

Version 2026-10-20

This license covers each website template (“the Template”) you buy from Zavi Estudio (zaviestudio.com). Your PayPal receipt shows which template and which license tier you bought. If you later swap tiers under our Refund Policy, the email from support@zaviestudio.com confirming the swap shows your current tier. By downloading or using the Template you accept these terms.

Definitions

• End Product: one website, under one domain, built with the Template for you or for one client.
• License tier: Personal or Agency, as shown on your receipt or, after a tier swap, on our confirmation email.

Personal license

You may:

• Build one End Product, for yourself or for one client, and charge that client for your work.
• Change the code, design, text and images as much as you want.
• Keep using the End Product for as long as you like. The license does not expire.

Agency license

Everything in the Personal license, plus:

• Build an unlimited number of End Products for your clients.

What no license allows

• Selling, sharing or giving away the Template itself, or any part of it, as a template, theme, starter kit, UI kit or code package, modified or not.
• Uploading the Template to a template marketplace or a public code repository.
• Using the Template in a website builder or service where your users create their own sites from it.
• Transferring your license to someone else, except handing a finished End Product to the client it was built for.

Images

The photo included in the Template was generated by Zavi Estudio with FLUX.1 [schnell] (Apache 2.0 license). You may use it inside your End Products. You may not sell or distribute it on its own.

Fonts

The fonts included in the Template are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Their license files are in the fonts folders (generado/fuentes/ and generado/fuentes-panel/). You may use them in your End Products.

Updates and support

You get free updates to the Template you bought for 3 years from your purchase: when we publish an update, email us your PayPal receipt and we’ll send you a new download link for the latest version. Every update is listed with its date at zaviestudio.com/changelog. Support for installation and template bugs is included for 6 months from your purchase date, at support@zaviestudio.com.

No warranty

The Template is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Zavi Estudio is not liable for any damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Ending the license

If you break these terms, your license ends and you must stop using the Template in new End Products. If you receive a full refund (a license swap under the Refund Policy doesn’t count), your license ends and you must stop using the Template, including in End Products you already built.
