Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy a website template at zaviestudio.com. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
Who you’re buying from
Zavi Estudio, a website design studio based in Lima, Peru. Contact: support@zaviestudio.com.
What you’re buying
A license to use a digital website template, as described on its page. You don’t buy the template itself: you buy the right to use it under the Template License and the tier you choose (Personal or Agency).
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay.
- Each license is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews.
- Payment is processed by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or a card. We never see or store your card number.
- Prices don’t include sales tax. We don’t collect sales tax today; before we start collecting it in any state, we’ll show it at checkout and update these terms.
Delivery
Right after your payment goes through, you get a download link on screen, and PayPal emails you a receipt. The link works for 7 days and up to 10 downloads of each template; email us your PayPal receipt if you need a new one. When we send you a new link, the previous one stops working and the new one starts its own 7 days and 10 downloads.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short, within 14 days of your purchase you get a full refund if you haven’t downloaded anything yet, or if the template doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it within 5 business days.
Updates and support
Free updates to the template you bought for 3 years from your purchase: when we publish an update, email us your PayPal receipt and we’ll send you a new download link with the latest version. Each template page shows its current version, and our Changelog lists every update with its date. Installation help and bug fixes by email for 6 months from your purchase. Support doesn’t include custom design or development work.
Previews
The live previews show made-up businesses. Names, addresses, people and figures in them are fictional. The photos were generated for the templates and don’t show real people or places.
No warranty
Templates are provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that a template will meet every need you have or work with every hosting setup. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Your information
We use the details from your purchase only to deliver your files, answer your support and refund requests, prove which license you hold, and know in which US states we must collect sales tax. PayPal sends your payment receipt. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you bought is the one that applies to that purchase.
